To help share the impact of the Cholestatic Liver Disease Summit and promote future educational and community initiatives, photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be captured throughout the event.

By attending the Summit, participants acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, video, or audio recordings that may be used by the Cholestatic Liver Disease Summit and its participating partner organizations for educational, promotional, and informational purposes.

Images and recordings may be used in a variety of formats, including but not limited to:

• Summit and partner organization websites

• Social media platforms

• Printed publications and marketing materials

• Educational resources and presentations

• Newsletters and email communications

• Sponsor recognition and event promotion

• Media and public relations materials

 

No compensation will be provided for the use of photographs, video, or audio recordings.

 

We are committed to representing our community respectfully and thoughtfully. If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, or would prefer not to appear in event media whenever reasonably possible, please speak with a member of the registration team upon arrival or contact us before the event. While we cannot guarantee that individuals will not appear in wide-angle crowd photography or video, we will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests whenever feasible.
